All eligible repairs performed by Instakyle Tech Solutions LLC are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as you own the serviced device. This page explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.
What Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the specific parts and labor that you paid for on the original repair invoice. In plain language: if a part we installed fails on its own, or does not work as intended or designed under normal use, we will make it right.
- Covered parts: Digitizers, LCD/OLED displays, batteries, ports, buttons, and other components that were repaired or replaced by Instakyle.
- Covered issues: Defects in parts or workmanship; touch not responding, lines in the display, ghost touches, a replacement battery that will not hold charge under normal use, etc.
- Coverage term: For the life of the serviced device, as long as it passes inspection and shows no disqualifying damage.
Eligibility & Device Inspection
Warranty coverage is not automatic. Every device must pass a brief inspection before warranty service can be approved.
- We will inspect your device for signs of frame damage, bending, or twisting.
- We will inspect for water or liquid damage, corrosion, or other contamination.
- We will verify that the issue is related to the original repair and not caused by a new incident.
If the device shows previous, undisclosed, or new frame damage or water damage, we may not be able to offer warranty coverage, even if the part itself was installed by Instakyle.
Important Limitations
Our warranty is intentionally generous for defects, but it does not cover accidental damage or new incidents that occur after the repair. This keeps pricing fair for everyone while still protecting you against bad parts or workmanship.
- Warranty is limited to the parts and/or services that were paid for. It does not apply to unrelated issues or additional components that were not serviced on the original ticket.
- Warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original customer and device listed on the invoice.
- Original condition requirement: If another shop opens or services the device after our repair, or if you attempt a DIY repair that affects the same area, warranty coverage may be void.
What Is Not Covered
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external events. Examples include:
- Accidental cracked or shattered screens.
- New frame bends, twists, or structural damage.
- Water damage, liquid spills, or moisture intrusion.
- Impact damage from being dropped, crushed, or run over.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts or tampering after our original service.

How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your repair issue is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, please:

- Bring the device in: We will perform a quick visual and functional inspection to confirm eligibility and reproduce the issue.
- We repair or replace: If the issue is approved under warranty, we will repair or replace the affected part at no additional labor cost. In rare cases where parts are no longer available, we will discuss alternative options with you.
Relationship to Other Policies
This Limited Lifetime Warranty page is intended to complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service will control. Nothing on this page is intended to reduce any rights you may have under applicable law.
